よくある質問
- グリーンバックは必要ですか？
- はい。背景全体を差し替える場合は、グリーンまたはブルーの背景布やスクリーンが必要です。ただし、PocketKeyerは映像の中の特定の色を別の映像に置き換えるため、背景全体を切り抜かずに使うこともできます。たとえば、壁に緑のテープで模様を作り、その部分だけに動く映像を流し込めます。
- 緑や青以外の色も置き換えられますか？
- はい。スポイトで指定したキーカラーを置き換えられます。ただし、鮮やかな色ほどきれいに置き換えやすく、白・黒・グレー・薄い色は苦手です。赤や黄色は人物の肌にも含まれるため、人物に影響することがあります。緑と青がよく使われるのは、肌の色から離れているためです。
- 4Kで撮影できますか？
- いいえ。PocketKeyer V1の解像度は1080pです。
- iPadで使えますか？
- iPhone用アプリとして互換モードで動作しますが、iPadは正式対応ではありません。
- 有料版を購入すると機能が増えますか？
- いいえ。すべての機能を無料で使えます。買い切りのApp内課金を購入すると、映像に入る「Made with PocketKeyer」のロゴを消すか、自分の画像に差し替えられます。
- 端末を変えた場合、購入内容を引き継げますか？
- はい。同じApple IDを使用している場合は、「購入を復元」から引き継げます。
- 撮影データは外部へ送信されますか？
- いいえ。映像や静止画を外部サーバーへ送信することはなく、すべて端末内で処理・保存されます。

Frequently asked questions
- Do I need a green screen?
- Yes. You need a green or blue backdrop if you want to replace the entire background. However, PocketKeyer can also replace a specific color within the image, so you can use it without removing the whole background. For example, you can create a pattern on a wall with green tape and fill just that pattern with moving video.
- Can I replace colors other than green or blue?
- Yes. You can use the eyedropper to select the color you want to replace. Vivid colors work best, while white, black, gray, and pale colors are more difficult to key. Red and yellow may also affect a person’s skin tones. Green and blue are commonly used because they are far from human skin tones.
- Can I record in 4K?
- No. PocketKeyer V1 outputs at 1080p.
- Can I use PocketKeyer on an iPad?
- It can run as an iPhone app in compatibility mode, but iPad is not officially supported.
- Does the in-app purchase add more features?
- No. Every feature is available for free. The one-time in-app purchase lets you remove the “Made with PocketKeyer” logo from the output or replace it with your own image.
- Can I restore my purchase on a new device?
- Yes. If you use the same Apple ID, you can carry it over with Restore Purchases.
- Is my recorded content sent anywhere?
- No. Video and images are never sent to an external server. Processing and storage remain on your device.
